Indemnity against loss or destruction of or damage to property described in the 'Subject Matter Insured' by operation of perils including Fire & Lightning, Earthquake Fire & Shock, Standard Explosion, Explosion, Spontaneous Combustion, Bush Fire, Subsidence Collapse, Strikes Riot Civil Commotion (SRCC) including Malicious Damage, Locked-out workers & persons taking part in labour disturbances (excluding politically related violence & terrorism) & Special Perils (A-H) including A. Storm, tempest, hail, snow, wind (tempest storm), hurricane, cyclone, tornado or typhoon, B. Rain water damaged, C. Flood, D. Overflowing of guttering & down pipes or bursting &/or overflowing of public water supply mains, E. Bursting or overflowing of water or fuel tanks, apparatus or pipes (excluding damage thereto), F. Aircraft &/or other aerial devices &/or articles dropped therefrom, G. Impact Damage (road vehicle or goods falling therefrom or animals not belonging to the insured), H. Subterranean Fire
